Sign with a motivational message about therapists, explaining that therapists research topics, do notes and planning outside sessions, and talk to colleagues to ensure good treatment, emphasizing that therapy involves more than just the hour of a session.

I'm a human who happens to be an affirming therapist.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW and LICSW) in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2015 and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix. I began seeing therapy clients in 2019 at the Resource Center of Dallas, and in 2022, I opened my private practice. I offer virtual sessions to clients throughout Washington, Oregon, and Alaska.

I worked in hospice for many years and bring strong "but did you die" energy to therapy.

Before grad school I was an army wife and stay home Mom, I've lived in most of the states in the US including Alaska and Hawaii with lots of time in the south, moving often as a child and teen and then as a military spouse.

I've been in leadership in family readiness group, FRG on multiple levels and in junior league of Colin County. This means I value volunteer work as well as paid work.

These days you'll find me enjoying the Pacific Northwest, my garden and chickens. Playing with cats and baking goodies for my tribe. Usually while listening to a book if I'm not reading.

I'm a drink goblin extraordinaire, treating my ADHD with caffeine, life rhythm and visual to do lists.
