Living with anxiety is HARD! 

For some folx it means crippling inability to do the basics, for others it can be physical symptoms, feelings that affect you before or after you do the hard things.

If you have anxiety that affects your quality of life let's discuss the physical reasons for anxiety (your brain is attempting to keep you alive), if medical interventions are something you are open to (I don't prescribe but will support your physician that does in the manner that works for you), find behavior modifications that are helpful and doable.

Regardless of how anxiety affects you we will follow the rough outline of

  • Figure out what anxiety looks like in your life and how is affecting you

  • Education about how anxiety is a whole system issue and take is just your brain trying to keep you alive

  • Spot triggers and learn to identity them

  • Find skills that will help YOU
